As a group, we are often called upon to ideate, evaluate, research, plan, and implement new projects from scratch for our Principal shareholder. As a venture builder and operator, we have experience in bringing ideas to life. These ideas are internal special projects that are exclusively undertaken for the family. Typically, these projects entail the development of the initial business plan, hiring of the core project team, project management of the initial build-out, establishment of processes for seamless day-to-day operations, and ultimately the creation of protocols to enable the project to operate independently as a standalone business unit.
