Ziad Fares is the Chief Executive Officer of the Sanad Abu Dhabi Group of Companies, leading the organization since 2016.

Ziad spent more than two decades with firms like Booz Allen Hamilton, and Mubadala, Crown Prince Court – Abu Dhabi, and UAE Ministry of State across disciplines that include business development and public policy.

Ziad holds an Executive MBA from INSEAD, a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Management – USA, and a Bachelor of Science in Human Physiology – USA.

Anirudh Anjakulath is the Chief Operations Officer of Sanad Abu Dhabi. In this role, he is responsible for the operational aspects influencing business performance, financial control, and cost efficiencies.

Anirudh has over 27 years of experience spanning corporate finance, restructuring, treasury and funding, corporate governance, and financial and management accounting. Anirudh has previously worked for organizations like YAHSAT, DHL Global Forwarding, and Ernst and Young.

Anirudh is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Certified Internal Auditor from the Institute of Internal Auditors – USA.

Georges Saliba is the Senior Director – Information Technology of Sanad Abu Dhabi. In his role, Georges champions the company’s technology-led initiatives across various industries, including family offices, healthcare, hospitality, real estate, and private assets.

Georges brings a wealth of experience, having worked for several industries, including healthcare, cyber security, automotive, hospitality, commodities and agriculture, advertising, digital media and marketing, telecom infrastructure, IT systems provider, and customer management. He has a 20-year record of accomplishment with firms like General Motors, Cargill Middle East, Fifth Ring LLC, LikeMind Fz-LLC, and Convergys.

Georges holds an MBA, a Bachelor of Science, and a large number of industry-specific certifications.

Viraj Dhopte is the Director – Finance and Special Projects of Sanad Abu Dhabi. With 20 years of experience in accounting, corporate finance, and auditing, Viraj plays a strategic role in the company’s organic growth, managing consolidation processes, providing financial forecasting, budgeting and monitoring financial activities including financial planning, business performance, and financial reporting.

Viraj held various senior positions across diverse industries, including real estate, investment, manufacturing, retail and hospitality, food and beverage, and healthcare. He worked with companies like Habtoor Group, Landmark Retail and Hospitality, Dubai Investments Group, Frigoglass, and Piramal Glass.

Viraj holds a Master of Commerce, Executive CFO Masters (UK), and is a certified member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Emirates Association of Accountants and Auditors Association in UAE- UAECA, Associate Chartered Management Accountant, and Chartered Global Management Accountant.

Dalya Badwan is the Executive Office Manager of Sanad Abu Dhabi responsible for overseeing and streamlining the office administration, developing intra-office communication protocols, office staff supervision, and task delegation.

Dalya brings over 18 years of professional experience across areas such as investments and real estate, and has worked with firms, including Mubadala and Royal Partners.

Dalya holds a Business Administration in E-Commerce and Marketing.

Bernard Kazour is the Director – Special Projects & MarCom of Sanad Abu Dhabi responsible for the planning and execution of the company’s special projects. His role involves delivering high-impact initiatives, working closely with industry experts, leveraging advanced technologies and innovations.

Bernard has more than 23 years of experience in risk consulting, asset management, and special projects in notable organizations, including EY and Miral.

Bernard is a CPA charter holder and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration.

Karthik Subramanyan is the Associate Director – Investments of Sanad Abu Dhabi responsible for overseeing asset management and investment functions, implementation of investment strategy across asset classes, completing new investments, and monitoring the performance of the existing investments portfolio.

Karthik brings over 16 years of global professional experience across areas such as private equity, M&A, fundraising, portfolio management, FP&A, and business development. He has worked with global firms like JP Morgan Chase and PWC, in addition to regional organizations such as ARDENT, and Emaar Industries and Investments.

Karthik is a CFA charter holder, an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, and holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting from the University of Mumbai.
